一、設(shè)備技術(shù)優(yōu)勢介紹：

二、設(shè)備優(yōu)勢對比：

   1、帶式壓濾機沖洗網(wǎng)子耗水量大，網(wǎng)帶更換費用高，膠輥磨損、軸承進(jìn)水損壞等費用高，不可避免。占地面積大，工作環(huán)境不衛(wèi)生，易損件費用高等缺點。

   2、污泥離心機配用動力大，電耗高，噪音大，更換易損件維修費用高。

   3、板框壓濾機雖然出泥含水率低，但脫水停留時間長，不能連續(xù)工作，投資大，運行成本高，工人和機械勞動強度大。如果不是含重金屬的危廢污泥不建議使用。

二、Comparison of equipment advantages：

3、Although the moisture content of the sludge produced by the plate-and-frame filter press is low, the dewatering retention time is long, it can not work continuously, the investment is large, the operating cost is high, and the labor intensity of workers and machinery is high. If it is not hazardous waste sludge containing heavy metals, it is not recommended.
